Entity Formation:
Draft and file your Certificate of Organization for either a single-member LLC or PLLC, depending on which structure best fits your needs.
Serve as your business’s “resident agent”. This is especially helpful if you do not have a physical location for your business, but rather plan to work from a home office.
Intake paperwork:
Draft all legally required intake forms tailored to your license. We will indicate which sections are required by law to remain in your forms, and where you can edit for creativity and accessibility for your clients.
Comprehensive review of your practice policies, assessment tools, and any other client facing documents you plan on using.
You also get a one hour meeting with us to ask any questions and go over the forms we have drafted for you!

$1,200 + $500 fee to be paid to the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth.
Total Cost: $1,700
For intake form drafting and practice policy review only (no LLC formation), the price is $800

Entity Formation:
Draft and file your Articles of Incorporation for your single-member Professional Corporation (PC), in full compliance with the Moscone-Knox Professional Corporation Act
File a Your Fictitious Business Name (FBN) application (if applicable)
S-Corp Formation:
If you choose to elect as S-Corp status, we will file the S-election with the IRS and;
Secure your FEIN (for the IRS), and EDD State SEIN (for California State Employer).

$2,500 + $100 paid the California Secretary of State
(Additional feels apply for FBN which will vary by county).
Total Cost: $2,600 + any FBN fees.
